"How to abandon a loyal friend after so many years of dedication"

This could be the title of an article about cruelty and terror experienced by a poor animal in the hands of owners.
Unfortunately there are people who do not deserve to exist .... only exist to spread the suffering. Look at the history of  Rene:A volunteer saw three persons carrying a bag and dumping something on the ground and stirred with fear.
After they left, this volunteer went to the place to see what was that. By the distance it was a white thing very strange.
What our volunteer saw was a poodle on the floor covered with a flannel shirt and sand all around it. We guess the dog was left their to die!
We took it immediately to the vet and sedate him because the dog was in panic and tried to bit and he also have an eye infection. We don't even know if is a male or female or if is already blind.
The volunteer how saw it all already filed a police report.

sweet Belamy

Sweet Belamy was abandoned with a message paper.
She is anemic, has 3 tack fevers and  very skinny. Luckly is negative for leshmaniose ,)
She was some days in the Clinic Vet, and leave today.

She will be strong and healthy soon!

5 kittens abandoned today

This 5 lovely kittens were abandoned today inside a box paper...they are so afraid, so fragile....we need find them homes. They are now 1,5 months age.

"Let's walk the dog" group

On 13 August the group "Let's walk the dog" had the joy of the 50 dogs Bianca.

There were 50 people, a record number, which came directly through the group!

Thus 50 dogs had a morning of freedom, love and pampered;)

kittens to be eaten by ants

This 3 kittens were found in brambles to be eaten by ants. Poor animals ......we hope they survive. They are so  tiny and defenseless

Attention - Metal Packages

Maybe you don't realize stray animals pick the garbage can and eat the rest from metal and plastic vessels.
Ideally, we should recycle all packages - metal, glass and metal - but not everyone has a ecological consciousness so - at least - every time you trow this types of can and packages in the garbage can, smash them so animals don't cut themselves or stuck their head inside.
This types of accidents happens than usual.

Tilia

Tília is a size big female dog, very sweet and kind.
She also needs a home.

Louise

Louise went to the vet today and took a few stichs and in the next week will removed the rest of it.
She loves cuddles and attention. Never want to leave the side of the person... Just want to be next...
She deserves a responsible owner and a home full of loves and happiness.

Safran

Safran arrived at our shelter in a horrible and fragile condition. Little by little he gain trust in us and became a social and friendly dog. He waits for his opportunity to find a responsible owner.

Lima in Netherlands

Lima was adopted in Netherlands. She is so happy and we thank to her family by giving us news and photos of her.

Clarinha now named Fien

We received new pictures of Fien.
She looks so happy :)

Kondor

Kondor belongs to one of the litter that we received on July last and last weekend we got adopted and his new family is trilled about him.

Toffee adopted as Toska

Toffee spent some time in our shelter and now she was adopted and her new owners sent us pictures of her.

Louise was operated

Louise was already operated and is recovering in the shelter. She has still anemia but much better.

                                This lovely girl, is so sweet and need a home. Give her a chance.

4 Seasons at Bianca

Bianca's Volunteer is developing a serie of four postcards with season and our animals motifs.

Louise

Louise was left abandoned in our shelter, like so many others are. She is suffering one gigantic anemia and at this moment she is in the vet recovering. Soon will be operated and removed her eye.
