Charly was found in Lagoa de Albufeira. First he seemed to be in good shape, but on the next day we realised that he was peeing blood. He was taken to the vet, a stone in his bladder was diagnosed and he will have to operated very soon.
Charly is very sweet, nice with people but a little bit incompatible with others males. He is a small dog.
Foster him or adopt him!
