Pintas, need help!

Pintas is not ok at all! He's being followed by the vet but he has lots of pain on his cervical. He's always under painkillers and will need to do a myelography.
However his physical condition doesn't allows us to do that exam, because the blood tests are very bad....
He might need to be submitted to surgery to his neck, later.

For now he's taking leishguard, because this pain might be a consequence from leishmania...
