Carolina was adopted from Bianca in August 2008 at the age of around 4 months. She got lost on 30th of April 2009 on Praça de Espanha in Lisbon. Probably got scared by a claxon and run away withouth the leash. Owners puts ads on the Internet and a few days later someone called them who saw Carolina being hit by a car and dying immediately.
Owners should be responsible. Owners should not walk their dogs without the leash especially in the areas of car traffic. Owners should not open the door of the car without securing the leash of the dog who is inside. Your irresponsibility may cost your dog a life.
